EXIT Advantage Realty was formed in summer, 2005 by John Medaris,

formerly an Associate Broker with Re/Max, in response to the problems he

perceived facing the real estate industry. EXIT Advantage Realty was designed from

initial conception to be stunningly distinct in its technology, service to clients and

innovation. The office is located in the population center of Northern Virginia near

Fair Oaks Mall and is convenient to all areas of Northern Virginia.

John Medaris, Broker/Owner, CRS, GRI, ABR     

         A native Virginian, John started his real estate career in 1979.  Working for several local real estate companies, John became associated with ReMax in 1999 reaching their top level, Chairman's Club in 2004. Opening his own real estate office in 2005, John purchased the first Exit Realty franchise in Northern Virginia.  Believing in developing his buisness by referral, John offers his agents the opportunity to grow their business through Brian buffini's unique coaching programs.  Northern Virginia Association of  Realtors member, Virginia Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.  Buffini & CompanyPeak Performer and Club Net Small Group Leader.  

Linda Medaris, Associate Broker, Buffini Certified Mentor     

   Has a degree from TempleUniversity and   licensed as a Realtor for 20+ years, Linda works in the business and administrative areas.  She and John have been involved in real estate coaching since 1995, and with Buffini and Company since 1999.  Linda is passionate about impacting and improving the lives of others and to further that end, she became a Buffini Certified Mentor for 100 Days to Greatness in 2005.  This provides an outlet for her passion to share Brian Buffini’s referral systems to new and experienced agents who want this kind of one-on-one mentoring rarely found in today’s real estate office environments.

Kerry Medaris, Associate Broker, Sales Manager, Buffini Certified Mentor     

   A native Virginian and a graduate of GeorgeMasonUniversity with a degree in Government  and International Politics. Her first introduction to real estate sales began when she attended her first settlement at 21 months, but only the last 8 years does she count as an active real estate salesperson. Because of her strong beliefs in the power of a referral-based business, Kerry became a certified mentor with Buffini & Company. She is also a licensed real estate trainer for Moseley and offers classes at our office location.  Member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors.

Christopher-John Medaris, Marketing Manager/Salesperson

   A recent graduate from Grove CityCollege with a degree in Business and Marketing

Management Chris made his mark as Senior Class President. Chris was the youngest

in his real estate licensing class at age 18. He wrote his first set of life time goals with

Brian Buffini and Company in 1999 and has been writing and achieving personal goals

ever since. Chris is now focused on increasing his client database and developing a

stronger business to business referral system.
